Warranty Period
Our Phone Cases and AirPods Cases are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.Coverage
The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. The warranty covers Phone cases and AirPods cases.Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Keychains, Wrist Chains, Lens Covers, Connect Cards and Screen Protectors
- Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or discoloration.
- Damage caused by exposure to the sun, liquids or extreme temperatures.
Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at orders@sinera.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the claim.Legal Rights
